Aspirations of Granduer
“Where I am now. Where I want to be soon.
Either way, I’m facing the same direction.”
A friend of mine, Jono, posing on some boulders at Castle Hill. Both images of Jono were actually taken just a few seconds part. In the second image, I cut Jono out and re-pasted him on the higher (un-reachable) boulder in his more triumphant pose.
This photo was taken at the magnificent Castle Hill boulder field in Arthur’s Pass. Let’s just hope the farmer who owns the land continues to allow access to this amazing area.
